CAYK Marketing is pleased to announce that we’re growing! We are looking for a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our team.
As a Client Care Specialist you will be one of the many faces of CAYK Marketing working directly with our account representative and clients. Your role will include attending account planning sessions, documenting the meeting and related action items. After meetings you will then be working with the project manager to get tasks assigned. Your role will include keeping the clients well informed during each process to ensure that they are satisfied. This role reports directly to the Project Manager.
Additional duties include and are not limited to:
→ Reviewing editorial articles for grammar and spelling errors
→ Social media engagements & postings
→ Client Review Management (monitoring & rebuttals)
Skills Required for this Role
→ Outgoing & professional personality
→ Attention to detail
→ Experience with business social networks
→ A high proficiency with written and spoken English
Bonus Skills and Experience:
→ Administrative certificate or degree would be a bonus!
→ Past experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar business.
→ Experience working with corporate social networks.
